Choosing Shane Spiteri YPA Melton to sell my Dad's house was one of the best decisions I ever made.

It has been a wonderful experience to do business with Shane Spiteri and the team at YPA Melton. This was at a very difficult and stressful time for me and I am so grateful that I was able to have full trust and no doubt in the process. I cannot speak highly enough of Shane and his team. They worked together and covered for each other. They were always on time for every meeting and every open for inspection. Shane kept me up to date on progress each week with phonecalls and texts. He showed a very caring nature as well as being very focussed on getting the job done. He was clear, direct and honest in his communications and gave excellent advice on how to get the property ready to put on the market. I had full trust in Shane and his competence and abilities. His positive attitude, confidence and high energy level was very comforting and inspiring to be around. At every step along the way Shane, Ricky, Ryan and Britteny were there to inform, explain, support, encourage, congratulate and also celebrate the different milestones. The property was sold in a relatively short time and within the price range we agreed to. We were extremely happy with the outcome. It has been a memorable journey and I really appreciated the framed prints and flowers too! I wholeheartedly give Shane and his team at YPA Melton the highest of recommendations. Simply the best!!
