Very happy with our experience with Shane Szakacs in the recent purchase of a property at Shellharbour. From the minute we walked through the door on the property's Open Day, through to assisting us during the auction process to purchase the property, Shane has been invaluable in his knowledge of the property and the area. His friendly and easy going manner was a big help with those pre-purchase auction nerves, and post purchase, he has also been extremely helpful with any questions we have had and has always made himself available via phone calls and emails. From our first meeting with Shane we were impressed by his knowledge and comitment. Selling a property when we were stuck in a different state due to Covid we thought would be difficult.
