As Executors we had to prepare and sell this unit for our sister. After a glowing recommendation, we made an appointment to meet with Ashley Weston from RW Frankston. For us, our first meeting was gather information - we got that completely! Shane was introduced as our dedicated Sales Rep if we decided to go with R.W.F (Good to know who we would be working with before we choose). It was filled with our questions, concerns and 'do we/don't we' - all the things we wanted to know so we could do the best to cover our sister's wishes. Shane, you sat quietly, you listened, and you gave us clear options, your advice, your sound knowledge of the real estate situation in the area, the differences in selling a unit compared to a house, the time for selling, private sale compared to auction. Both you and Ashley covered so much - you showed us without a doubt we want Ray White Frankston to handle the selling of the unit. Over the lead-up to the auction, you were our mentor, our calming person, kept us completely in the loop about all things. Reports and conversations came after every Inspection. The week of the auction we met at Ray White's office and had the final directions for auction day. Auction Day - How smoothly that day went. You and Ashley were there early ready to greet perspective buyers. You treated them with friendly respect, answered their questions, never rushed them. You calmed us down - once again! Your choice of Auctioneer was perfect. He done his job with such a mix of professional actions, words, strategies. After a wonderful outcome and the contract was signed and completed and everyone had left - Shane - when we were completely depleted - you were there with us - in no hurry to get away.
