Shane and his team recently sold our family home in the eastern suburbs. Shane was highly professional, with excellent knowledge of the area. With our large family to deal with, he was very approachable, and addressed all of our concerns honestly and in a timely manner. The property was listed before restrictions were imposed on auctions and property inspections due to the pandemic. As the rules quickly changed, Shane was able to give up-to-date and pertinent advice to enable us to make an informed decision. Shane's realistic and pragmatic approach under difficult circumstances was impressive and we cannot thank him enough.
