Many thanks to 'Team Vincent' at Belle Property Randwick for all their efforts on our behalf. They clearly have a well organised team who know their roles and have great skill sets. We thought the whole exercise of selling our house was very professional. (No surprises as the same office had handled the rental of an apartment we own with our daughter over the last 6 years, with ease). Our overall experience was that our agent was always acting on our behalf. We especially thank Shane for his negotiation skills.
