Shane and his team at Eastside Property Centre looked after our rental property and handled the recent sale of the property. Both as a property manager and selling agent, I cannot fault them. Shane went to a lot of trouble to ensure the house was presentable for prospective purchasers when open for inspection. The house was tenanted all during the sale period and required delicate negotiation with the tenant to ensure availability - all handled with decorum and with everyone's best interests at heart.
