I began my career in real estate at just 18 years old in 2020, gaining hands-on experience across multiple roles within the industry, including property management, receptionist & sales administrator. I’ve had the privilege of working closely under one of the some of the most respected and high-performing agents in Brisbane, where I learned the importance of strong negotiation, disciplined processes, and delivering consistent results, all while keeping people at the centre of every decision. At 21, I achieved one of my proudest personal milestones, buying my mum her first home. That experience shaped how I approach real estate today and reinforced my belief that property is about far more than transactions, it’s about people, security, guidance, opportunity, and helping others move forward with confidence. Shanja was attentive, communicative and on the ball from start to finish. Very knowledgeable in her market and in DHA Investments, and professional in her process. Shanja is 100% an agent who I would recommend to buyers and most definitely sellers - not many agents know how to protect and guide their buyers whilst advocating for the best outcome on the Vendors, but this girl has got it. When the time comes for myself, family or friends to sell, she runs laps around other agents and is who I recommend everytime.
