My partner and I negotiated the purchase of our first home through Shannon, who was acting as the agent for the owner of our new home via a private sale. Shannon was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the very start to the end of the process. She was able to answer all of our questions at multiple open inspections (something I can't say for numerous other agents we spoke to while investigating other potential properties for purchase), and was prompt, thorough and friendly with all communications throughout the process. Once we had agreed on a price for the property with the vendor through Shannon, Shannon went out of her way to help streamline the process - visiting us at home out of hours to organise paperwork, and reaching out to the body corporate for us with queries about the property prior to settlement. Even after contracts were signed, Shannon still made it her business to help us sort out a few minor issues we were having with utilities on the property.
