As a first home buyer in today's competitive market it can be a very full on experience. There's a lot of time and energy as well as fine print and research that comes with buying a home. In my circumstance as a young man in his twenties taking on such a dawnting amount of financial responsibility there where a lot of things to consider and be aware of. Not to mention the property I desired was being sold at the annual ray white auction day with many investors and attention. Only seeing the property shortly before it was due to sell, I didn't have a lot of time to do the usual checks and things that reassure you of such a commitment. Plus organising finance Lucky for me, I had Shannon on side, he was Fantastic and on the game day when the nerves really kicked in I was glad to have him by my side. After witnessing all of the energy and money being thrown around it became a very anxious situation, though with Shannons experience and expertise with a calm and comforting attitude it played out to be an incredible relief. We developed a plan about how to approach bidding and it was of great success, even picking up the property cheaper then the reserve which from a buyers perspective was best case scenario ( meaning less debt for me).
