Shannon was outstanding, in a sellers market we had multiple agents in mind for the sale of our property. We went with Shannon due his not over the top approach, his knowledge in the area and trustworthy manner. Not only did he keep his word, we settled with an exceptional price and a trouble free sale which was the absolute dream. Would highly recommend.

We have nothing but the highest regard for Shannon's style, professionalism, and skills in finding us the perfect property. We were particularly impressed with his punctuality in helping with queries, and his "nothing too much trouble" attitude. We have no hesitation in recommending Shannon as an outstanding agent, way ahead of the pack!

Shannon was great to deal with from the first phone call until the contract was signed. Always punctual to requests and professional in all dealings. I highly recommend him whether buying or purchasing property on the Sunshine Coast.

Shannon's knowledge and know how of the overall Maroochydore market is first class. This was the reason we selected him and he delivered getting a building record for our unit.

Shannon and his team were awesome. Throughout the process They were professional, friendly and never failed to keep us updated across all areas. Without a doubt Shannon would be my first choice if selling again.

Shannon proposed a marketing plan that was very successful, and we achieved an amazing outcome. Great communication and correct in his decisions as we moved forward to completion. Affable and a pleasure to deal with, I cannot recommend Shannon highly enough.

Wonderful agent who had our best interest at heart always. Thankyou for believing in our apartment and also guiding us every step of the way until settlement.

Shannon has great knowledge of the market. Always available and a great communicator.

Shannon's knowledge of the prevailing property market in the Sunshine Coast and more particularly Maroochydore was completely on point. Everything he told me was proved correct and his method of marketing, pricing and negotiation no doubt combined to bring us a very strong sale. I would not hesitate to recommend Shannon, not only as your next agent but an upstanding individual that it was a pleasure to do business with. Sorry I cold only select 5 positive comments as all 10 apply

Shannon has been a very good experience for me. As a Real Estate Agent Shannon was always prompt and thorough in what I asked him to do, did not promised but delivered. I don't hesitate to recommend him if you are looking to buy a unit and presumably sell your property. During my search for a unit, I ran into a couple of Agents who didn't do much follow up. I am glad I was at the right place at the right time and the sale and settlement were swift; all went very well. Keep the good work Shannon!!

Shannon was communicative, positive and honest in his opinions and advice

Shannon from your property acted as my agent for a buy and sell. He did an amazing job!!! Would recommend Shannon to anyone!! Thanks Shannon
