Well our dealings with Shannon started back in June 2021 Shannon explained everything excellent and organised the ladies from there merrick team to help set up the house for inspections and once on the market he sol our house within 3 days but with only days to go before exchanging of the contract my partner had a unexpected 16 weeks in in interview care and Shannon went above for us and got us out of the sale , and then after my partner got out we rang Shannon again and he had our home sold within 3 days .we would both recommend Shannon and the whole merrick group at emu plains for any assistance in selling your home
