Best Salesman I've dealt with

My wife and I contacted the office of Merrick Property Group and Shannon called us back to discuss what we wanted to do. We met with Shannon on site and he gave us his opinion and what we should do to obtain the best price possible. We did some minor works and the price first discussed jumped significantly. Shannon organised the photo's and video and these were very professionally done. They really showed the unit up well. Within 1 day of the property being on the market Shannon contacted us to advise that he had two people viewing it. The second one was at 7.30pm that evening, something I found very strange as it is well after hours of most salesmen. Shannon thought it best to wait a couple of days to have an open house, even though he had an offer, but something we agreed on. The day after the open house he put an 4 offers forward to us to have a think about. Within a week communication from Shannon was first class and 1 offer jumped considerable in price and we had a contract signed and deposit paid. Shannon worked tirelessly for us during the sale, nothing was any trouble and if he didn't answer the call first time he always rang back within the hour. He worked around the clock and sometimes we would receive messages around 8pm advising of what was happening. I would thoroughly recommend Shannon and Merrick Property Group whether selling or buying a house and Shannon is a very hard worker and very honest. Brilliant Salesman and great bloke. Thanks for getting us such a good sale.
