We had a difficult and a very bad experience with a previous popular agency, who charged us $7,795 in advertising fees and pressured us to pay even though the property had not sold after months on the market ( although we followed their advice and recommendation) . There was limited communication and the open homes were not conducted by the principal agent, which was disappointing and resulted in no sale. Working with Shannon and her team has been a completely different experience. Shannon is extremely professional and communicated clearly throughout the entire process.
