We had been searching for a property for over a year when we stumbled upon this property. During that time we came across a variety of agents - from those that didn't return calls right through to individuals that bombarded us with emails and calls every single day. From the first email right through to collecting the keys to our new home, Shannon and his team have been incredible to deal with. Prompt at responding (calls, emails and text), all inspections were set up quickly, he provided us with all information we requested, and the turn around time from offer to acceptance was incredibly fast. Friendly, approachable, straight forward... the entire process was easy and ran very smoothly from inspection through to handover. No negotiation was undertaken, it was list price or no offer - a bit unusual but hey, they are fortunate to be selling properties on the north coast of NSW where this is likely to be the norm particularly in this price range.
