First met with Shantelle several weeks prior to sale. She was very knowledgeable and realistic with expected sales proces and made a number of suggestions on how to maximise outcome. Over the course of the next few weeks i completed as many of those recommendations as I could and Shantelle kept in close contact to ensure progress. The jhouse went on the market on a Tuesday and I really Ihad my doubts about it being a quick sale or realising the list price. I was very suprised when Shantelle rang to say ythat she jad arranged for a viewing the day prior to the advertised and even more shocked to see the number of people who turned up. From that viewing there were multiple offers several of which exceeded expectations. Shantelle worked late into the night (I was almoost at the point of throwing her out) ensuring the best possible outcome ...which far surpassed my expectations. Time on the market 4 days .....i havent even been able to give away stuff that quick. Definitely a 10 out of 10 from me.

She is professional, very helpful and considerate. She was able to work at our own pace and meet our requirements rather than her own. She was very enthusiastic and adamant in terms of selling our house. Trying to get as many people to inspect our house, despite working with the fact that we too had busy schedules and were not able to make many appointments with her to arrange an inspection.
