When I was deciding on an agent to sell my home, I was initially drawn to Sharda as she appeared to be one of the most honest agents I spoke with and was enthusiastic and seemed as excited as I was to sell our home for what it was truely worth. Despite this, I was unfortunately disappointed with my overall experience. I felt that she didn’t listen to my requests when it came to marketing our home. The final advertising was inaccurate ( didn’t even mention that we had council approved in law accomodation) and the photos were way overly photoshopped. I had mentioned many times that I wanted to advertise it as the natural bush setting that it was and instead got outdoor shots with a pink and purple sky. Many of our family and neighbours commented on the embarrassing quality of photos. My biggest disappointment was that she seemed to lack any knowledge about the current real estate market, and seemed more focused on selling our home rather than helping me to get the best price, despite much insistence from myself that it was worth considerably more. I still believe that she is a very honest person though perhaps she just needs way more experience and a new photographer.
