Very professional and gets results

We first met Sharen when begging our search for a sea change in the Northern Coastal Suburbs of Perth. She was very helpful answering our questions and arranging a private viewing with the vendor. When we carried out our inspection she was not overwhelming as some agents can be but allowed us to venture through the property at our own pace whilst highlighting the features of the property which resulted in us being very comfortable and candid in our dealings with her. When it came to negotiations, Sharen appeared reasonable and efficient and we were soon able to reach a compromised bid which was fair to both us and the vendor. All what was left was to sell our property in the Swan Valley. After many weeks and problems with a local agent we contacted Sharen again to esquire if she or a member of her team would be willing to take on the sale of our property as we had lost confidence in the agent appointed at the time. Sharen personally took on the sale of our property and after only 2 weeks a purchaser was found. Again negotiations were fair and efficient. Whilst our experience in purchasing and selling a property with Sharen can only be described as positive, where Sharen really excelled was the after sales care which included regular contact throughout settlement and ensuring the move went smooth.
