I found Sharen very good to deal with and to be honest I think this is a rarity amongst real estate agents, based on previous experience with them. I found Sharen's approach during the negotiation stage was really good. Not too pushy, giving time to think about counter offers before responding. The use of text messages helped, it meant I didn't have to make decisions there and then over the phone under pressure. This meant I could discuss with my other half through out the process before getting back to her. I would certainly recommend Sharen to anyone looking to engage an agent & would be happy to do so myself.
