Sharni was very knowledgeable of the area. We never met her because we live interstate but had complete faith in her ability to sell our property. We felt at complete ease leaving our property in her very capable hands. Shari kept us updated every step of the way and even when it looked like it was getting tough selling, she never gave up. During my initial inspection Shari waited patiently, did not try to influence my decision and I was grateful for her non-interfering and patient attitude. So refreshing - as most agent would say many words to try and influence my decision. She was simply there to answer all the questions and if she did not have the answer, she promptly got back to me once she found out. After I signed contract Shari walked me through step by step what I needed to do. She also explained the contract and the entire process of purchasing so clearly. Shari regularly did follow up calls and emails reassuring me that she was there if I had any question or help. When I asked about some doors that needed to be fixed in the apartment that I was purchasing - Shari promptly organised it for me. She made this purchase so easy for me, no hassle at all. I never thought that purchasing such a big thing like an apartment can be so easy.....I have only the Highest Recommendation for Shari. Great pleasure to deal with such awesome people like Shari. ;)
