Such poor communication and attitude it made the whole experience of selling my home stressful and difficult. I was assured Sharin had experience dealing with out of state sellers and would communicate with me regularly and give me updates. Didn't tell me when she'd taken people to view the property and came up with bogus excuses as to why she couldn't get me the price she'd assured me was reasonable to expect. Lazy and disinterested and very poor communication all along. Not just from Sharin but from everyone at Peter Lees in Launceston.

Hi Sharin, Just a quick summary of our experience with Peter Lees so far - poor knowledge of the block, had to speak to the vendor to confirm details, called into the office to sign the contract and no one warned me about the step and I fell flat on my knees and hands, most of the initial paperwork referred to John and "Julie" and last but not least, the receipt was sent to 1 Deviation Road instead of "100".
