Sharni was amazing. This is the first time we have sold a home and from the appraisal to unconditional sale and on our way to settlement Sharni has had great communication. Whenever I had questions or queries or just wanted a chat to settle the nerves Sharni's communication is above and beyond, she always made the time to check in with us every step of the way. Another great thing was she always prepared us for what to expect at every stage and explained what to expect with opens, offers and contracts. Very professional and friendly and never pushy. I also have 2 young kids and she always takes the time to say hi to them and is so patient if I have to split my attention between talking to her and being a mum. Would highly recommend!!! Sharni has made the selling experience a lot less stressful then what I thought it would be and had my house sold really quick.
