Choosing an agent for a first home seller is a very daunting thing, well we found it to be, not confident on who to choose. Adding to that, a friend said to us you are trusting them to sell your property for a lot of money. Sharni from the first contact was friendly, straight forward and had a trusting persona about her. In the end we went with our gut feeling and from the moment we signed on the dotted line, Sharni supported us the whole way through the process of selling our home. Sharni recommended a stylist, Cheryl, from OCCH Interiors and we weren't so sure but Sharni was right, Cheryl made our home come to life in a way we hadn't envisaged. Once styling, photos, videos etc were completed and before we knew it on the market our home went and within two days open house and the now new home owners had their first look inside and within a very short time it was under contract. Sharni kept us informed the whole way through the process and put our mind at ease. It can be a very stressful and worrying time selling your home, especially when it is vacant.
