Sharolyn worked closely with me in the six month preparation needed to ready my property for sale. As a remote owner, with a property requiring many points of attention pre-sale, Sharolyn was always available to mediate with different trades and stay the course, right up to sale. Without her commitment and encouragement, I don’t know how a busy and remote owner like me could have succeeded.
