She took time to explain the current market and house value, then spent more time walking me through the things that could be done to maximise the sale value and speed of sale. I have no doubt that it was because of this expert advice that we received offers before the first home open and, after multiple offers, sold at the first home open for a good price. Sharon stood up for us when issues arose with the buyer, was always available when we needed her and was very flexible and knowledgeable when we had to amend our timelines.
