A VERY HIGHLY 5 STAR EXPERIENCE IN ALL ASPECTS OF OUR BUYING REAL ESTATE FROM SHARON

Sharon was nice enough to deal with during most of the sale process, but we ran into problems after we took possession of the property and discovered that the floor of the en-suite was damaged. The floor tiles in the en-suite has a milky residue all over them which would not come off and were not there when we inspected the property at final inspection. When I contacted Sharon about it, she told me that the stains had been there the whole time, she even went so far as to recount a supposed conversation she had with another potential buyer about it. When I called her out on her lie and told her I had photos from the property inspection that showed it wasn’t damaged she told me not to contact her anymore or she would seek legal advice for harassment. She also recommended a building inspector who failed to inspect the property properly. We have since had to pay for balcony and roof repairs, and have ongoing water issues in our en-suite that will be very expensive and inconvenient to repair. Very disappointing.
