Sharon gave me the confidence to buy an apartment at 10% more than I intended but I think I have got a good apartment and good value. Because this was a resale there was strong disagreement between my solicitor and the Vendors Conveyancer. This led to delays which were exciting. The industry should look at simpler ways to assign the original contract to a resale buyer with a fee payable equal to the mark up from the off the plan purchase to the resale price. The resale buyer should simply step into the shoes of the original purchaser.
