Sharon presented a comprehensive folio of recent sales and gave realistic advice on the value of the house. She gave good advice on what needed to be done to the house to improve presentation and value add to the house. Once the house was ready for sale she was quick to organise photos and advertising to promote our house. The photo spread organised and supervised by Sharon was professional and enhanced the look of the house which in turn attracted a large group of interested buyers. The house was sold during the first open house and Sharon’s expertise in negotiating the sale to achieve the asking price was excellent.
