Exceeds expectations

I have dealt with Real Estate agents in this area in the past and was frankly quite disappointed with their lack of enthusiasm, knowledge and basic business skills of simply returning phone calls. On the other hand Sharon gave me a higher than expected sale price and was constantly engaging with people on her books making sure the house was viewed regularly, not just hoping some one would just come along. Sharon also organised professional photos which really enhanced the appearance of my home and was definitely a factor in extra foot traffic. Sharon was also in constant communication with what was happening by phone and email and achieved an excellent result for me. I would recommend Sharon to anyone interested in selling their place that wants a hard working representative and excellent negotiator, and a pleasant person in what can be a stressful time.
