Great Agent

We had a great experience working with Mrs Sharon Cogill and with her husband. Easy to communicate with them. Very responsive to all our requests and questions. From when she organised the professional photographer to take photos of our unit. We are so happy that they did well advertising our lovely small unit. In 2 days (if I am not mistaken) from the market, some buyer already put an offer. But for some reason that buyer back out, maybe of her financial matter. But in a couple of days or less than a week, some potential buyer put an offer, at a good price. We have been successful selling our unit in less than a week. We are very thankful to work with Sharon with her First National Real Estate Team. God bless!

Highly Professional and kind

I first contacted Sharon from First National Real Estate after reading a promotional parcel placed in my letterbox. The parcel was both comprehensive and inform-able. I spoke with the Sales Consultant, Sharon Cogill, who then called to visit, listed and then sold my property. definitely recommend

sharon is very friendly person and easy to talk to. she is a very trustworthy agent. when you say you want a price she wont stop untill she get want you want. very deicated to your needs and her job. i highly recomend her to sell your property as she did a cracker of a job selling mine. also she is already on the hunt for my next property. anf i am confident she will find something that is perfect for myself.
