Honest, great communciator and effective

We engaged the services of Sharon in early - mid 2017 on a recommendation from a friend. We are thankful we did. She took a lot of the complexities and challenges in selling a house out of the process and explained things in a manner that was clear and unambiguous. her communication is excellent, providing updates at key stages and she is honest in her advice. She managed to get more for our property then we were even going to ask for and the house was under contract within 2 weeks of going on the market. Would not hesitate to recommend.
