Sharon is easy to talk to, a good listener, and she responded quickly to my texts and emails. She also kept me posted with any developments and had an excellent local knowledge. She was efficient and professional, but very kind and thoughtful. She was respectful of my ideas and offered good, sound advice. I feel so lucky to have had her guiding me through this sale
