Being new to the property market was daunting, and there were times when I felt that Sharon and Alan could have assisted us more by breaking down the lingo and explaining things in greater detail. There were often times when we felt that they were solely working for the seller, and there was little negotiation or compromise made between us the buyers and the sellers, which we felt Sharon and Alan could have pushed harder for. Ultimately, Alan showed a generally good knowledge of the local area and Sharon was good with administration and following us up.

Alan and Sharon were very well presented and had great knowledge of the current market which they had backed up with extensive statistics which showed their dedication to the real estate industry. We got the price for our property that we were hoping for and I have no doubt that the communication skills with both us and the buyer contributed to that. Their service didn't stop there as Sharon was constantly looking up houses that were interested in purchasing and helping out where she felt that she could. Buying a first home can be so scary ! Sharon and Alan definitely made it a comfortable experience. Sharon answered the phone at all hours of the night to talk us through things we didn't know. I think the latest phone call was 9:30 but we appreciated it so much as that was really the only time my partner and I were together and she accommodated that. She definitely went beyond expectations and I think for the reputation real estate agents have Sharon and Alan are definitely the opposite of that reputation ! They're helpful, they are there whenever you need them and they have made this process so easy and as relaxing as buying a house can be.
