No request was too big or too unusual for Sharon to help with and she was with us every single step of the way. So obviously, there are reviews that you go "ok, that sounds good". And sometimes reviews are written in such a way that they are to good to be true and you think "really? did they write it themselves?". I hope this review does not come across as the latter. I am also fairly sure that Sharon is way too busy selling houses then to bother writing her own reviews. She lets her statistics do her talking. We 'found' Sharon through a referral site, and got estate agents to contact us. Sharon rang us within the hour of our request, and came out the same day to do an appraisal. We 'interviewed' other agents, but decided on her for three reasons:- her personality, her price and that when we asked her to come back to answer more questions, she did so the very same day. To describe Sharon in a few words:- personable, professional, approachable, and spot on. (recently discovered that her appraisal was exactly what the bank had the house valued at - other agents had it valued a lot lower). Sharon made the selling experience easy, made us feel at ease and throughout the whole process we felt we were being treated with honesty. Sharon and her team have at all times answered our questions and told us what we needed to hear, not what we wanted to hear. They were flexible to our requests, and the only hiccup was they tried to baby sit our two month old child indefinitely... Seriously, Sharon was fantastic and we would highly recommend her to sell any property.
