We found Sharon friendly, competent, professional and easy to get on with. She phoned us shortly after every open with how many people came through and their general comments and feelings expressed. She followed up with the people who showed interest and let us know the results. She could not have done more so a 10 was justified. Regarding negotiation, we had two people putting in offers within a day or so of each other and we got well within our selling range so another 10. Market knowledge and credibility are rather subjective so I gave her a 9. Can't let it go to her head with all 10's, but thanks Sharon for a good job well done. Would I recommend her? Yes.
