I first consulted Sharon a couple of years ago when I asked for an appraisal of my apartment after I'd had some work done to it. I was so impressed by her local RE knowledge, her common sense approach and her practical advice that, just recently when I at last decided to sell, her name was the first on my list. We decided to sell at auction. Sharon provided excellent suggestions as to presentation and to the timing of the open house dates and the auction itself. Her communication with me was frequent and I was assured I could contact her whenever I felt the need, and I did. The advertising was effective. The auction went well. I achieved the price I hoped for, and I can say absolutely that Sharon was key to that success. I could not be happier with the result. I recommend Sharon Schnyder without hesitation!
