Honest and open communication

I purchased my house through Sharon in a hot market and it was a pleasure to deal with her. I found that the agents I was dealing with whilst viewing other homes had become complacent, were generally quite poor at communicating, and would routinely undervalue houses just to get bidders registered on the day. Sharon was different and she communicated with me openly, honestly and professionally during our negotiation. The price negotiation happened very smoothly and I was grateful for how quickly she was able to confirm that my offer was accepted after I submitted it.
