Sharon was fantastic from start to finish. We were selling what was probably the most run down house in the suburb with a tricky tenant still leaving there making open house viewing far from ideal. Sharon took this on with enthusiasm and made the sale for us. The process was smooth and the place was sold within a week. We could not be happier with the sale price.
A very accountable, professional and realistic approach was always made leading to a most successful outcome ,thank you
Very happy with the first class service provided by Sharon Skinner. Sharon was always available and went above and beyond to help us buy our dream home. As we were new to the area having someone as helpful and knowledgeable as Sharon assisted us during the process of relocating. Sharon was there to guide us and give us help no matter what the question or time of day ! We would happily recommend Sharon to anyone needing a real estate agent in the Jervis Bay Area.
Sharon was excellent to deal with in all aspects. Communication was efficient and responding with valid information effectively assited in the sale moving forward in my particular case. Sharons knowledge of the area and property itself lead to great insight into making final decisions as I was not locally available when making decisions to purchase and when I was able to attend site (sharons day off) I was greeted by her at the property and given a walk through with a smile. I am very pleased with my experience here and will be looking to use Sharon to assist in leasing this property.
Every house is different! The house will sell it’s self when presented well and caters to the clients needs. The commission is best kept in your pocket. How many hours working to recuperate the commission costs? Our commission was $14,125. I have to work for approximately 420 hours. So had my realtor committed 420 hours to sell our home?? I think not!! Nobody knows your place better then you!! There are plenty of ways for advertising at very little costs and great results. As for Integrity (Sharon) was lovely to speak to and easy going. There are points I would like to highlight. 1. I was unaware of the different contracts available to me as a seller. I was only presented with 1 which locked me into a contract after 24hrs from signing. Which is with held information from the realtor? 2. The property write up was not of a good standard and was very repetitive. In which we ended up correcting and making it read more accurately to represent the property truthfully. 3. The first photo when it went live did not show a picture of the house. It captured the location; at a glance it viewed the 3 vacant properties surrounding it. So my wife supplied the opening photo for the house!4. First inspection, blinds were not open which allowed no natural light into the home which resulted in negative feed back “the house was to dark” After that, before every open house I would make sure the house was presented properly. 5.The for sale sign blew over in bad weather, our neighbours moved the sign to a safe location. My wife informed the realtor 5 days prior to the open house and still no erected sign before commencement. So I erected the sign with new supports and screws moments before. 6. After settlement we had to chase up funds to be released. My advice is selling your house or property your self cause at the end of the day no one cares more then you!
Sharon hasn't had any property sale activity in the last 12 months
