Sharon and her team were excellent to deal with. Sharon provided us with clear honest advice and guidance throughout the entire process and put a huge amount of discretionary effort into the campaign to get us to the sale of our home pre-auction. The marketing campaign Sharon constructed was fantastic and the amount of interest our home she was able to attract in a very difficult time in the market was impressive. Sharron went above and beyond, undertaking multiple open homes per week and provided us with prompt, detailed feedback on potential buyers and guidance throughout the entire process. We felt comfortable that we knew the buyer pool for the market pre the prescribed auction date. Pre-market Sharon also helped us organise trades and gave advice on cosmetic tidy ups of the home to help with presentation. This helped enormously, particularly given we were managing a move of our family at the same time. Sharon is trustworthy and also a lot of fun to deal with. The entire process was much smoother than it otherwise could have been. Thank you Sharon and team
