1. My house, for the first month of the sale period, was tenanted and very messy. However, Sharon established a nice repour with the tenants and even helped them clean and tidy the house to make it presentable. She supplied them with packing boxes to help them remove unused items from sight and to help them move. She went way past the boundaries of a real estate agents job description in her attempt to make the house appealing to prospective buyers. This attitude was displayed with a genuine mood of concern and helpfulness to the buyer and myself. It was impressive to see her in action. 2. When a sincere buyer was found, although the building inspection revealed a problem she managed to encourage the buyers to remain interested by bringing in other experts in the pest and building fields to show that the problem was really an opportunity in disguise. Well done Sharon!!! 3. When the buyers finance fell through, and my silver lining was fast vanishing Sharon took the time to introduce the buyers to other finance providers, ultimately saving the day. The sale could have collapsed several times by unforseen circumstances, yet Sharon worked tirelessly to help me, and to my happy surprise, the buyers as well. 4. I have learnt to appreciate Sharon's down to earth professional expertise and the selfless attitude she displayed on more than one occasion to help make the sale proceed. Keep up the good work. You are a credit to the society you reside within!!!
