This being the third property that we have sold in the Gordonvale area, again Sharon demonstrated that she has substantial knowledge of real estate in the Gordonvale area which she applied in a professional manner when selling 3 Windsor Street. A Contract was obtained within 1 week of being on the market But unfortunately failed due to inability of the purchaser to obtain finance after 2 extensions of time. Sharon obtained a new Contract within 2 weeks of reentering the market and was successfully concluded on time. During these changing situations Sharon maintained a very good level of communications with us and provided services above expectations even though we had relocated during the extending of time for the first contract.
