Sharron Sills seems to have knowledge of buyers and the purchase process which puts her well above her competitors. While some agents simply push for volume, Sharron looks at the quality of the experience for the seller. This involves good communication, good advice and above all, a damn good price for your property. A very similar apartment on a high level of my building with great views all over Sydney went to auction and sold for $90k less than my apartment which is on level 2 with views of the highway. I didn't even get to auction and had an offer after the first open. THAT tells the story. Sharron's colleagues at McGrath are also friendly and professional. A pleasure to deal with them.

When selecting an agent or agency or look for the quality of research within the specific area, and the level of empathy the agent has with my brief. Sharron represented McGrath well on both fronts and then lived up to her promises during the sales process. When the market lowered both her and my expectations on the sale price her communication was early and honest. The final outcome was an acceptable one to me, and although I rated her only 3 stars on negotiating skills I did not see any of her interaction with the potential buyers so that is probably a harsh mark. I am a satisfied client !!!
