We met Sharron at an open home when we were looking for our new house. From the first interaction both my wife and I found Sharron to be warm, personable and approachable- exactly the attributes of someone we wanted to sell our home. When we were ready to sell our property we contacted Sharron and she was very positive about selling our unique property. We had two other agents that told us we would get less than the final price we got through Sharron. Right from the start Sharron saw the value of our home and identified the specific target market that would likely be interested. Overall I really liked how Sharron kept in contact with me throughout the process. Ultimately she sold our property earlier than the average for our area in a market that was slowing from a sellers perspective. Highly recommend.
