The property we bought at Selby was among a number of properties we inspected on that day. This was our first day looking at houses in the Dandenong Ranges. We commenced looking on the Saturday and bought on the Thursday!! After having some recent bad experiences with real estate agents in the rental market, we had a very sceptical view of her industry. Sharyn was so professional, honest, engaging and a pleasure to deal with. She clearly has a great knowledge of the Dandenongs and is a local herself. She sold a property in Cockatoo to my sister some years ago. Since the sale, she has continued to facilitate contact with us and the vendor in relation to enquirers we had. If that's not enough she's a Hawks supporter too! I would recommend her to anybody looking to purchase in that neck of the woods in a heartbeat.

The own downer is we didn't meet her directly until later in the proceedings, speaking only on the phone during early stages of buying the house. ...but people are busy so I guess that can be forgiven.
