Hi Simon and Marita,
So disappointing to hear this - After the vendor accepting your offer and even replacing the entire roof for you before settlement, Im not sure what more could have been done to satisfy you. Only an hour or so before settlement, one of our Agents even drove to your new home and collected small items and took them away in his own time to dispose of so the property was completely clear as per your request.
It is also sad to hear that you were not happy with the other companies you dealt with presuming your conveyancer, building inspector and the like....
This said, I wish you all the best in your new home - I hope your future dealings with other local companies and businesses don't disappoint also.
