Sharyn had a realistic idea of the value of the property, given that the location was what was going to sell it. We got what she said we should, which was a lot more than other agents thought. The sale by tender approach we first used, did not work, the offers were very low. However Sharyn kept prospective buyers informed and once the property went on the market with a listed price things went well. The first sale fell through, but the next was successful. Overall we were satisfied with the result.
