Overall Shaun did a great job selling my villa/townhouse in a tough market. He kept me up to date with progress which was great as I didn't have the time to continue making contact and see how things were going all the time. I appreciated him meeting me at a halfway point to sign documents rather than travel all the way to his office. Shaun's conduct was professional, friendly and I found him to be a person of integrity - which is sadly lacking in the industry, Shaun did a great job keeping the deal together. The sale price Shaun was able to achieve for me was reasonable and met my expectations along with the way he did his job.
