From start to finish I couldn't be more happy with the service and advice from Shaun and Jill in selling our investment property in Broadbeach. This is my second sale on the Gold Coast with Harcourts and yet again I have been blown away. As a team Shaun and Jill work together to ensure you are kept in the loop on what is happening - the process was seamless. As a Licensed Agent myself I know how hard the job is keeping everyone happy BUT I couldn't have been happier :) We listed on line on Wednesday and sold by Monday with multiple offers. Jill assisted me in providing access to a range of tradespeople and facilitated access given it was hard for me to travel from Melbourne. I couldn't have done it without her. What a team and I would highly recommend them to anyone wishing to buy or sell.
