Shaun had been trying to assist me with purchasing a property for quite some time. He was flexible and went beyond to help me get into private inspections and discuss options around what's available and what's realistic. I am happy with the property I've purchased using his help and would recommend Shaun to anyone looking to purchase in and around Kingscliff/Casuarina as he knows the market well and lives in the area too.
Shaun is great. He knows the market well, really listens, and stays calm and considered no matter what comes up. He ran the whole process smoothly and kept us informed every step of the way, which took the stress off us completely. Highly recommended.
Great Communicator and always kept us updated with progress. Very happy with the outcome.
My late husband and I met Shaun years ago and on our first meeting we both thought how genuine he was. We were considering down sizing at the time though due to my husband’s illness we decided to stay in the house. I did promise Shaun that when it was the right time to sell I would contact him again which I did. Shaun was very professional and treated me with respect. Shaun is a very presentable and kind person who always kept me informed and was on time for all meetings. Shaun and his team were very pleasant to work hence I look forward to continuing to work with them on now finding me a new home locally.
Shaun was an important asset to us in preparing for marketing and the eventual and terrifying auction process. It's priceless if you have confidence and trust in your agent, and we had both and more from Shaun. He went the extra mile in all areas to ensure the best possible outcome in a difficult and uncertain market. I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of selling their property, he is very professional and has a wealth of knowledge to draw on. Thank you so much Shaun!
Shaun and the team recently sold my elderly mum's home. Shaun and the team were very supportive especially as this was an emotional sale and very accommodating when dealing with an 80 year old client ensuring she understood each step before gaining consent to act. Shaun and the team also kept me informed and updated so I could support my mum from another city. I would trust and recommend Shaun and the team for the sale and/or purchase of a property.
Dealing with Shaun was very easy. He knows our local market inside out and an expansive buyer list, capped off by backup of the Witheriff Group. Highly recommended local agent.
Selling my home was an emotional experience, and Shaun handled everything with care, patience, and genuine understanding. He took the time to listen, always made himself available, and explained every step so I never felt overwhelmed or unsure. Shaun’s knowledge of the market and his attention to detail gave me complete confidence. He was calm, honest, and supportive throughout the entire process, especially when it mattered most. Thanks to Shaun’s dedication and professionalism, we achieved a fantastic result. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone selling their home.
Very helpful with all communication which assisted us in purchasing our property whilst interstate. Great result.
Shaun is very well connected in the Tweed area and knows the type of buyer interested in a development block. Shaun was in contact with me regularly and ensured I knew the status of interested parties and expectations. He ensured the property was marketed appropriately to get the required level of interest. Good result.
Shaun at all times was excellent with his communication and commitment to achieve the result we both wanted, an excellent outcome
Shaun is a very trustworthy and dedicated agent who constantly kept us up to date with the sale of our property. He made everything easy for us which we really appreciated as it can be quite a stressful time. We can’t recommend Shaun and the team at Witheriff Group highly enough.
