Shaun was very responsive initially and generally throughout the period the house was for sale. He had excellent knowledge of the Manoora area and advised us very well. He pushed for a price we were very happy with and got results. My only constructive advice would be that on the day the contract was supposed to go unconditional we felt we should have had a lot more contact from Shaun as we did not hear from him with a definite response until the end of day and it did not go unconditional, I had to chase results with my conveyance clerk. We also felt that Shaun was representing the buyer, not us, when the issue of new smoke alarms was raised. Anyway, other than that, I would highly recommend him as an agent.
