Shaun was just very understanding and managed to coordinate an inspection of a tenanted property immediately for a remote purchase carrying out an online walkthrough of the property. From finding the property to having a contract of sale took less than 24 hours (which for an investor short on time, working remotely and never having met personally was fantastic). Shaun also was fair in considering similar properties recently sold online to agree upon a reasonable sale price. Communication between the vendor, my conveyancer, building inspectors and alike were all responsive and Shaun was always contactable making for a very smooth experience. Highly recommend having a chat to Shaun if you're after a property in Cairns (especially if you're purchasing as an investor remotely) as you'll be taken care of promptly.

The agent was always available and very prompt to respond. I would recommend this agent to any prospective buyer. Even after we purchased the property he is still happy to help us as we live in another state. I would buy another property though this agent anytime.
